What do you need to know about me? I was one of those creative kids who got in trouble in class because I laughed when something was funny. Period. Although, I was always on watch to defend any classmate who was bullied or treated unfairly by others. unless it was me being bullied, did you experience that? Were you made fun of? Creative kids are different. I interpreted instructions from the teacher and did what I heard, then other classmates thought I didn’t get the assignment at all. The problem was, I did get it. I got it how I understood it.

Today, I enjoy writing, I am a healing intuitive, a coach, and I have a love of life the same as a 10 year old even though I have a grown adult kid of my own. I can be deeply touched by music and literary writing in ways that cause my heart to ache or soar. Hopefully, that’s enough story on me for you to know if we would get along?

I am a Certifed Master Success Coach and a Certified Rapid Results Coach. I have worked in Alternative Healing for 25 years. I have an active imagination and have compassion for anyone willing to grow. I also have a certification as a Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy Practicioner. and am a Healing Intuitive. My signature modality, called a Core Energy Shift, serves to easily, gently, and permanently, release stuck emotions from events in the past that are lodged in body tissues and cause blockages and stuckness that just wants to be freed.
